1) Simple Application

Share your contact info, experience, and availability. Tell us what you enjoy most about painting and which tasks you are most comfortable doing.

2) Phone Conversation

We will talk through your goals, recent projects, and schedule. If it is a good fit, we will plan a skills check.

3) Skills Check And Reference Review

Depending on the role, we may ask you to demonstrate safe ladder use, masking, cutting-in, or surface prep. We also review references so we can understand how you work on a crew.

4) Offer And Onboarding

When it is a match, we discuss pay, start date, and expectations. On your first day, you will receive safety guidance, job site standards, and a clear path for your first 30-60 days.

Local Work, Real Pride

We serve homeowners and small businesses throughout Valparaiso and nearby areas like Three Oaks and Lafayette. Many projects are minutes from downtown, schools, and neighborhood shops. You will help protect and refresh the places your friends and family visit every week.

Painting here means understanding Midwest seasons. In winter, we focus on interiors with clean containment and dust control. When temperatures rise, we carefully schedule exteriors, deck coatings, and trim work to meet the manufacturer's temperature and humidity ranges. That local knowledge helps our crews deliver consistent results and return customers.

Day-To-Day On The Crew

Every day starts with site protection and a review of tasks. Leads set the plan, confirm colors and sheens, and assign roles. You will learn how to stage tools, mix and strain coatings, and move through a room in an efficient order. Communication stays friendly and clear so we can finish on time and delight the homeowner.

  • Protect: Cover floors, cabinets, landscaping, and fixtures the right way.
  • Prep: Clean, sand, patch, prime, and caulk for a long-lasting finish.
  • Paint: Brush, roll, or spray using the right tips and techniques.
  • Polish: Punch list, touch-ups, hardware reinstallation, and a spotless cleanup.

Our goal is simple. Deliver a finish we are proud to sign our name to and a smooth experience the customer recommends to neighbors.

Training And Safety

We teach safe ladder placement, fall protection basics, respirator use, lead-safe work habits where applicable, and proper handling of coatings. If you are new to the trade, you will shadow an experienced painter and get clear steps to improve week by week. If you are a seasoned pro, we will respect your craft and give you room to lead.

Drug-Free and Safety-First Culture: We expect alert, careful work at all times. That protects you, your crew, and every home we enter.
